Terms of Stay   - Check-in time : 2 pm  
  - Check-out tine: until 12 pm - Guests agree to honor check in and check-out times and to pay a late departure fee, if the room is not vacated at check out time. NIRVANA is hereby authorized to remove guests' belongings from the property at guests' expenses.  
  - Children Policy: There is no charge for children under 12 years of age when sharing their parents' room without extra bed.  
  - Room rates are per room per night and include local taxes, operating costs and all the services listed except for those with payment.  
 
Unregistered overnight guests / escorts are allowed in the hotel if registered at the front desk.
- All unregistered guests are obliged to notify the front desk (24 h) when staying in the room with a registered guest.- Breakfast is not included.

- The balance of your stay must be made in advance at Check-In.
 
   
    - Disturbance: Occupancy and use of the premises and amenities shall not be in a manner that it disturbs
residents or other guests. In case of not honoring the rules NIRVANA has the right to terminate the renting contract immediately, ask disruptive guests to leave the property and no money will be refunded.
 
    - Damages: The guests agree to handle all amenities with care and all damages which are caused by the
guests are payable by them.
 
    - Direction is NOT responsible for personal belongings which are lost, stolen or left in the room and we will
not replace those items. Please take your valuables with you when leaving the room.
Safety deposit box is available in the wardrobe free of charge.
 
       

Conditions and Penalties for Cancellation

 

- in case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned.

- If the guest wants to terminate the stay before the deadline will be returned the amount of nights not esufruite , except for a penalty equal to 3 nights. Also will be charged any costs incurred in the collection of every advance.
